The annual effort for club captains, society members and group organisers to set up the trip away can be a thankless task. Finding the right course, hotel, price and after golf activities can be an ordeal! Let us take the effort out of your hands.
Based in a vibrant hub of activity, Dunfanaghy ticks all of the boxes for a group getaway:
The standard of golf courses in Donegal speaks for itself. Dunfanaghy, Portsalon and Rosapenna are year round golf courses so whether you want to plan your getaway in January or July, you will find dry fairways and smooth greens. As well as our excellent golf options, you will find fantastic pubs, restaurants, cafes and craft shops in our little village, all of which offer a warm welcome. Of course, if you prefer to stay on site, you will find fantastic varied dining options from Café Arnou to our a la carte restaurant. All before a cold pint of Guinness in front of the fire in Arnolds Bar.
Our team are dedicated to ensuring that your golf outing is stress free. As well as providing a comfy bed and hearty breakfast, we can take care of organising tee times, transfers, dinner arrangements and can even advise where the best last night refreshments can be found! We will also be happy to provide assistance with competitions and if you get hit by the famous Donegal weather, we will ensure that your golf gear is dried before your next day of play.
We are well aware that the group organiser often carries out all of the work for little thanks. Our team will be on hand throughout your booking process and we always do our best to ensure an incentive for the group leader. It is only fair that all of your hard work has some form of benefit for trying to keep a group of demanding golfers happy!
