Irelands s first Gourmet Fairtrade Chocolate Weekend promises a delightful experience for ethical chocolate enthusiasts. 

The event includes a two-night stay, daily chocolate indulgences, and a comprehensive chocolate workshop itinerary.

Event Components:

1. Chocolate Dinner and tasting Workshop:

   - Friday evening: Chocolate-themed dinner with pre-dinner drinks, including chocolate martinis and chocolate pairing 

   - Saturday workshops: History of chocolate, tasting sessions, truffle making, and chocolate pairing with wine.

2. Sunday Lollipops Workshop:

   - Sunday morning: Family lollipop making workshop with step-by-step demonstrations. Each guest to take away 4 lollipops

- Exclusive access to a special welcome party with a complimentary single origin hot chocolate drink.

- Insightful workshops covering the history of chocolate, chocolate-making process, tasting sessions, truffle making, and lollipop crafting.
